Get A First Look At ‘High & Mighty’ Before Its LA Film Fest Debut

June 20, 2017

What if Unbreakable met Friday? That’s the premise of Stage 13’s new digital series High and Mighty, which premieres at the Los Angeles Film Festival on June 21.

The scripted stoner comedy takes place after a near-fatal incident, when lovable lush Chelo Chavez (Jorge Diaz) is shocked to discover that he may have super powers… but only when he’s drunk or high. With the help of his two homies and his smart-mouthed little sister, he’s out to test these new powers, and find out how the hell he got them in the first place.

Mashable has an exclusive clip from the series, which sees Chelo and his friends trying to come to terms with his new bulletproof status and figure out whether his new ability is a gift from God, or something else entirely.
