"Erased"

Albert Shin is a Korean-Canadian filmmaker who co-founded the Toronto-based production company, Timelapse Pictures. His sophomore film, IN HER PLACE, received 7 Canadian Screen Award nominations including Best Picture, Director and Original Screenplay, as well as the Jay Scott Prize for Emerging Artist by the Toronto Film Critics Association. His third feature as writer & director, DISAPPEARANCE AT CLIFTON HILL, a mystery thriller set in Niagara Falls, premiered at TIFF and was released by IFC Midnight and Elevation Pictures. Albert was also a producer on Drljaca’s KRIVINA, THE WAITING ROOM and THE STONE SPEAKERS, all of which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival before screening at numerous festivals worldwide. He is currently writing and attached to direct the feature film KING TIDE for Woods Entertainment, as well as adapting Susan Choi’s novel THE FOREIGN STUDENT which he will direct and produce through his company.
