Austin, TX native Shane McKenzie writes colorful characters and daring stories. A novelist and comic book writer, he is the author of numerous horror books including Muerte Con Carne, Pus Junkies, Toilet Baby, Wet and Screaming featuring the Soska Sisters, Monsters Don’t Cry, and many more. Now focusing on screenwriting, he’s written multiple award-winning short films, including El Gigante, which was based on the opening chapter of his novel Muerte Con Carne.
