Green Soufflé

  • ½ cup grass-fed Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup of hemp seeds
  • 3/8 cup or 45 grams of weed butter
  • 3/8 cup or 45 grams of organic flour
  • 1 tsp or 5 grams of organic sugar or coconut sugar
  • 1 cup or 250 ml of organic hot milk
  • 5 organic pasture-raised eggs, separated
  • 1 cup organic grated sharp cheddar
  • Pink salt to taste
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp cayenne
  • ½ tsp nutmeg

Green Salad

  • ¼ cup golden berries
  • ¼ cup mulberries
  • ¼ cup Goji berries
  • Coconut flakes
  • Diced avocado
  • Hemp seeds
  • Organic super-greens
  • Marijuana leaf (for garnish & warning sign)

Instructions

Green Soufflé

“A complete protein, a balanced combinations of protein essential fats + vitamins, and it supports well-being and ultimate health! In my opinion, grass fed dairy products is the only way to consume dairy.”

    1. Preheat the oven to 375°F/ 170°C.
    2. Butter 4 small soufflé dishes, sprinkle with organic cheese and hemp seeds to cover bottom of soufflé dish.
    3. Make a green roux by blending the butter and flour together over medium heat stirring to cook the roux for a few minutes.
    4. Beat in the hot milk, bring to a boil while stirring. Stir until very thick and smooth.
    5. Remove from heat and add salt, pepper, cayenne and nutmeg.
    6. Quickly stirring with a whip, add the egg yolks to the milk mixture.
    7. Stir in cheese and hemp seeds.
    8. Beat egg whites to a stiff peak with a pinch of salt.
    9. Gentle fold the egg whites into the green cheese mixture.
    10. Pour mixture into soufflé dish.
    11. Place in oven and bake for 40 minutes (with a little prayer).

    1. Please wash marijuana leaves THOROUGHLY!
    2. Toss all the ingredients together.
    3. If you wish to consume the marijuana leaves, you may fry them in coconut oil.
